ABOUT
O.L.M.E. is a project born within End Education, an educational initiative created by Francesca Marchegiano (Italy) in 2023.
It aims to assist children, teenagers, and adults in understanding, confronting, and dealing with various endings. This guidance enables them to navigate life with a deeper awareness of impermanence while valuing everything they experience, recognizing that all is in a state of constant transformation.
The O.L.M.E. project specifically addresses helping professionals who work with young people aged 13 to 19. It aims to provide them with essential tools to help teenagers face the future with practical and emotional skills. These tools enable them to process desired and undesired endings, build resilience, and regain confidence after difficult moments. Additionally, the project offers an education that prepares them for endings, which are understood as the interruption of significant relationships, sometimes caused by death.
MEET US
ALMA.THI was founded as an association serving the community, professionals, and individuals in general. It uses a psychological approach to promote individual and collective well-being. Its mission is to help people of all ages peacefully navigate events and phases related to Life and Death.
The ALMA.THI team is composed of professionals from various fields, including psychotherapists, psychologists, youth educators, pedagogists, spiritual counselors, trainers, and storytellers, all committed to initiatives that allow people—including those who are harder to reach—to access pathways that foster health in terms of prevention, well-being, participation, and inclusion.

FRIENDS OF EDUCATION is an association composed of teachers, university professors, educators, and trainers dedicated primarily to researching and developing alternative learning methods for both formal and non-formal settings. Most members work in disadvantaged contexts with vulnerable children and young people, encouraging them to participate in creative and innovative projects.
The association organizes training courses, workshops, and conferences to share experiences and expand knowledge in the field of education. Their vision is focused on modernizing the educational process through the use of digital resources, accompanied by a holistic approach to learning. This involves a commitment by members to the overall well-being of students, emphasizing the value of the educational process over the passive accumulation of knowledge.

STICHTING YEUTH is a youth association based in Leiden, a city with a vibrant community of young people and students who represent the primary target of their daily mission: youth empowerment. They have gained extensive and diverse experience through numerous youth projects, both national and international, and continue to engage in new initiatives to amplify their impact on youth life in both the Netherlands and across Europe.
The team members bring expertise in event organization and management, educational content development, dissemination, promotion, and more. They are actively involved in youth mobility programs, seminars, student exchanges, summer schools, youth internships, volunteer activities, advocacy actions, and other initiatives at both local and international levels.
